A collaborator, you encourage the sharing of knowledge and ideas.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <p>As a Proposal Manager, you are a crucial player on the Sales Opportunity team. You use our standard support framework, best practices, and tools to develop high-quality, compelling, and compliant responses that resonate with Accenture's clients, by:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Providing cross-tower opportunity support for mega deals</p> </li><li> <p>Developing storyboards and win themes</p> </li><li> <p>Providing coaching/support for orals</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting due diligence efforts</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting in contract development</p> </li></ul> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide Support large sales opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Lead day-to-day proposal management activities and manages resources including the Graphic Designers, Technical Writers, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Consult with our internal customers to develop high-quality, compelling proposals</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee development of pre-RFx materials and conduct site visits, client workshops, and BAFO negotiations</p> </li><li> <p>Work with sales leadership to determine opportunity background, proposal strategy, required resources, and support schedule and logistics</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct proposal reviews and prepare review drafts</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelors' degree and 5 or more years of experience doing proposal management</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of in leadership, management, & problem-solving</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales/sales support capability with understanding of the RFx lifecycle in the IT industry</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>MBA</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with complete sales cycle</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams</p> </li><li> <p>English language fluency (oral and written) and excellent communication skills</p> </li></ul> <p>You May Also Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Travel up to 50%, Overtime anticipated during peak proposal times</p> </li><li> <p>A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines.
