<p>Job Summary</p> <p>Our Assessment and Accreditation Coordinator is responsible for our data management system, assisting our Bethel University Education Unit faculty and staff in regards to assessment and accreditation.</p> <p>We are looking for a detail-focused individual who loves data and creating/analyzing reports. In this role you will perform program- and/or licensure-related analysis for portions of the Ed.D. program.</p> <p>To support the accreditation process for our Education unit, this role completes continuous training at the state level. Then, in collaboration with the Unit Leader, communicates national and state assessment and accreditation updates to our education leaders and stakeholders. This role also serves as primary support for education leaders regarding Unit Rule and related accreditation questions.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Leadership in Accreditation and Assessment Systems - 40%</p> <ul> <li>Leads education assessments and accreditation in collaboration with the Unit Leader/Associate Dean of Education. </li><li>Oversees the data management system, including assessment, for all CCGE Programs. Constructs data tables from assessment results, as needed, for curriculum analysis and accreditation reports. </li><li>Inputs, organizes, mines, and reports assessment data for accreditation for all CCGE Programs. </li><li>Leads the process of compiling state and national annual reports: Bush Common Metrics, PERCA, Title II, accreditation reports, EPPAS Metrics Performance Data, Data Summary Reports, etc. (ex: enrollment, retention, program and/or learner assessments, accreditation documentation, practicum/field experience evaluations). </li><li>Manages electronic (and, if needed, hard copy) central files in preparation for reports and accreditation visits </li></ul> <p>Assessment Meetings and Reporting - 15%</p> <ul> <li>Plans and leads assessment meetings, in collaboration with the Unit Leader, Department Chair, and Program Directors. </li><li>Creates, analyzes, and submits reports and other data for Education Programs. </li></ul> <p>Accreditation Training and Support - 15%</p> <ul> <li>Completes continuous training at the state level; communicates national and state assessment and accreditation updates to education leaders and stakeholders, in collaboration with the Unit Leader. </li><li>Serves as primary support for education leaders regarding Unit Rule and related accreditation questions. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Data Collaboration - 10%</p> <ul> <li>Works with program directors, department chairs, alumni, student success advisors, and the Admissions team to oversee/facilitate data collection. </li></ul> <p>Data Quality and System Administration -5%</p> <ul> <li>Consistently ensures integrity of data in database. </li><li>Serves as Unit Administrator for the Data Management System. </li></ul> <p>Staff Supervision and Program-Specific Analysis - 5%</p> <ul> <li>Supervises the data steward and administrative assistant (only for data-related responsibilities), who mine, organize, and report assessment and accreditation data for the undergraduate programs. </li><li>Analyzes major program licensure assessment (Portfolio) for the Ed.D. in K12 Administration Licenses in collaboration with the Program Director. </li></ul> <p>Data Application and Other Duties - 10%</p> <ul> <li>Applies education data to grant and scholarship opportunities in Education in collaboration with development personnel. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Dean and/or program directors. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office products is required, plus knowledge of Moodle course management software or a similar CMS is preferred. </li><li>Must be detail-oriented, with demonstrable organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure in both team and individual settings, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. </li><li>Individual must be able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with all constituents. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of office experience with complex levels of responsibility. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's degree required.</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Travel: Travel is not required for this role.</p> <p>Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
