<p>JobID: 210620585</p> <p>Category: General Management & Ops</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2025-05-05T04:00:00+00:00</p> <p>JobShift:</p> <p>:</p> <p>JPMC's Corporate Third-Party Oversight function (CTPO) is responsible for defining and implementing supplier/third party oversight (TPO) and JPMC Inter-Affiliate Oversight (IAO) programs managing third party and outsourcing risk across the firm.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>As a Corporate Third-Party Oversight Risk Management, Executive Director within Global Supplier Services, you will lead from an operational standpoint, focusing on the effectiveness of the central issue management function. This role is not about building a framework, as that is already established, but rather about driving cohesiveness within the team and enhancing their capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying uplift and expansion opportunities, increasing visibility, improving reporting, and managing general stakeholder relationships.</p> <p>In this highly visible role, you will showcase your senior stakeholder management experience, particularly in outsourcing and third-party risk management. You will interact with senior leaders and stakeholders while managing a global team responsible for executing supplier issue management tasks, including issue creation, severity assignment, and reviewing the quality and applicability of supplier closure evidence. You will also lead key meetings and ensure all required program enhancements are completed within stated timelines.</p> <p>Additionally, you will act as a regional lead for CTPO Risk Management, collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as Firmwide Resiliency and Global Technology on important cross-functional initiatives. This position requires a seasoned thought leader who can effectively manage and inspire a global team to achieve operational excellence.</p> <p>Job responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the central CTPO Issue Management function and team including driving program enhancements and uplift, working closely with the CTPO Supplier Assurance Services team. </li><li>Provide subject matter opinion on process improvement initiatives to ensure such efforts are appropriately configured to mitigate conflicts with firmwide issue management controls </li><li>Design and implement strategic initiatives to support the function's key objectives </li><li>Perform mapping/assessments against Program requirements and address any related required changes </li><li>Foster productive and positive relationships with key stakeholders </li><li>Provide smart and sound solutions to stakeholder challenges while maintaining a balanced and sustainable framework </li><li>Develop and issue timely and accurate management reporting addressing key deliverables </li><li>Prepare executive level presentations that succinctly convey Supplier Issue Management messaging </li><li>Proactively collaborate with regional teams to support CTPO Risk Management awareness </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements in supplier issue management to deliver increasing operational efficiency in the processes </li><li>Support CTPO Risk Management initiatives from a regional standpoint, and manage a team through a collaborative and transparent leadership approach </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:</p> <ul> <li>A strategic thinker with 10+ years experience leading a third party risk management function in a global, highly matrixed & regulated organization </li><li>Subject matter expertise in issue management practices in third party risk management and outsourcing, both U.S. and globally </li><li>Experience leading a global team </li><li>Significant experience leading and developing high performing teams </li><li>Outstanding listening, speaking and overall negotiation skills- strong communicator, written and verbal. </li><li>Knowledge of inter-affiliate arrangements, Audit, Compliance, IT Risk or Controls </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment </li><li>Experience presenting to senior management </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced user/creator of MS Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio </li></ul>
