<p>QA Automation Lead</p> <p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., BDD, Selenium, JUnit), programming languages (e.g., Java, Python), and CI/CD pipelines. </li><li>Strong experience in implementing test management and automation tool (Jira, ServiceNow) for E2E management platform </li><li>Strong Experience utilizing GenAI/LLMs for test development. </li><li>Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team, as well as communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Working with cross-functional teams (development, product, etc.) to define testing requirements and ensure product quality. </li><li>Integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and collaborating with developers to ensure testability. </li><li>Design and implement automated tests for functional, regression, performance, and load testing. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Good communication / organizational skills to understand and discuss development requirement. </li><li>Experience with approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills." </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-OJ1</p> <p>#LI-DR1</p>
