You will collaborate with Business, Product, and Technology leadership to improve our issuer platform , deliver customer features, and support scrum teams. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading financial institution and shape the future of our card services.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discover. </li><li>Maintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog that guides development efforts and ensures alignment with the product vision </li><li>Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience </li><li>Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers </li><li>Collaborate with Technology partners on product enhancements requirements and troubleshooting when product issues are raised </li><li>Support the end to end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing and launch </li><li>Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle </li><li>Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products </li><li>Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle </li><li>Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition </li><li>Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization </li><li>Strong analytical skills </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customers across business and technology organizations </li><li>Ability to develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholders </li><li>Curiosity to dig into data to identify root cause and efficiency opportunities </li><li>Creative problem solver </li><li>Ability to use data to tell stories and drive behavior and translate business objectives into quantifiable metrics </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills</p> <ul> <li>Functional knowledge of all Card and CCB domains impacting the Card Customer </li><li>Knowledge on Credit card Issuer platform and credit card payment life cycle experience is preferrable </li><li>Prior technical knowledge of coding languages (Cobol, Java, etc.) and expertise in the functionality present and its usage in the systems/application/platforms that support Chase Card Customer Experiences </li></ul>
