<p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution and 6 months of retail pharmacy management experience. </li><li>Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the region or willing and able to obtain state licensure within 12 months of position start date. </li><li>Performance rating of "Achieving expectations" or higher on last performance review and no written disciplinary actions in the last 12 months (internal candidates only). </li><li>Willing to travel up to/at least 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Walgreens Operations Experience. </li><li>Experience presenting and coordinating meetings, including preparation of agendas, and communicating outcomes. </li><li>Experience with leading projects (for example: organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives). </li><li>Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at various levels of the organization, such as peers, internal/external stakeholders, business partners, senior levelmanagers. </li><li>Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. </li><li>Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office suite of products </li></ul> <p>We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.</p> <p>#LI-AK1</p> <p>Salary Range $125944 - $138528 / Salaried</p>
