Our on-call policy includes a $70 weekly on-call stipend, plus an additional $50 for weeks that include a company holiday. When responding to an on-call emergency, team members are guaranteed a minimum of 1 hour of paid time, even if the work takes less time.</p> <p>OVERVIEW:</p> <p>As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the repair and upkeep of our apartment community. This includes, but is not limited to, providing exemplary service to the community's residents, timely completion of service requests, performing preventative maintenance and unit inspections/rehabilitation as scheduled by the Community Director.</p> <p>THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:</p> <ul> <li>Any experience in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a maintenance tech would be highly desirable, but we will train and mentor the right individual for a rewarding career in property management! </li><li>Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions. </li><li>Customer service skills </li><li>Ability to be in the on-call rotation </li></ul> <p>WORK SCHEDULE:</p> <p>This is a full-time position and on-call hours are scheduled on a rotating basis.</p> <p>READY TO JOIN OUR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM?</p> <p>Interested?
