<p>Your responsibilities</p> <p>Position Summary: Set up and operate wire bending machine. Employee will participate and focus upon efforts to promote continuous improvement by performing 5S, safety audits and TPM activities.</p> <p>Measure wire segment diameter and angle with dial indicator gauge and make required adjustments according to drawings, technical data.</p> <p>Use abrasive cut-off saw, hydraulic wire cutters, hand grinder, bench grinder, wire end machine, disc grinder to finish wire ends to tolerance specified.</p> <p>Set up and operate wire hardener using appropriate tools, fixtures and equipment.</p> <p>Measures hardness of wire using various hardness testers.</p> <p>Visually inspect wires for cracks.</p> <p>Set up and operate wire polishing equipment.</p> <p>Use jib crane, fork truck and/or gantry crane to move fixtures.</p> <p>Keep work are in a clean, safe condition.</p> <p>Make minor repair or adjustments to equipment as required.</p> <p>Team Responsibilities & Accountabilities:</p> <p>Work with co-workers in a friendly non-competitive enviornment.Seek ways to improve processes and procedures.Comply with all EHS policies and procedures</p> <p>Education / Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED and relevant training or on-the-job experience.</p> <p>Export Control:</p> <p>This position requires access to export-controlled technical data or technology.
