<p>Job Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Accomplishes all work following company and industry safety standards, maintaining the highest level of quality while ensuring all assigned AMTs also comply.</p> <p>Adheres to all FAA Regulations, the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), and all other approved data.</p> <p>Directly supervises assigned team.</p> <p>Provides technical leadership and training for their assigned team.</p> <p>Ensures all documents are signed off completely, properly and in a timely manner in accordance with the RSQCM.</p> <p>Responsible for bidding, planning and scheduling projects.</p> <p>Works with supporting departments to ensure successful completion of jobs.</p> <p>Works aircraft squawks and repairs as needed.</p> <p>Able to anticipate problems that potentially can occur during aircraft maintenance and plan accordingly.</p> <p>Contributes to a positive work environment while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism at all times.</p> <p>Works assigned shift and unscheduled overtime as-needed or requested.</p> <p>Able to travel and perform AOG maintenance.</p> <p>Regularly communicates directly with customers and vendors.</p> <p>Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times and adheres to company dress standards.</p> <p>Perform all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>High school graduate or equivalent with additional courses in aircraft maintenance in recognized service or technical school programs.</p> <p>A&P License preferred</p> <p>7+ years Falcon experience preferred.</p> <p>Intermediate supervisory training or equivalent experience required.</p> <p>Strong analytical and problem solving skills.</p> <p>Advanced skill with Corridor, Field 6, and other data.</p> <p>Successful completion of Avionics assigned tasks or equivalent experience.</p> <p>Must have required tools (see approved minimum tool list).</p> <p>Working Conditions</p> <p>Works in a climate controlled hangars. (Heated and Cooled)</p> <p>Occasionally works outside on tarmac in atmospheric weather conditions.</p> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>Ability to wear and utilize personal protective equipment</p> <p>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance</p> <p>Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds with assistance</p> <p>Comfortable in tightly enclosed areas, heights involving lifts and ladders, as well as, flying.</p> <p>Requires the ability to perform all physical functions of the job (hear, stand, kneel, walk, etc.)</p>
