The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Responsible for Managed Care and Home Health Agency contract loading to Byram ERP including products, therapies, reimbursement rates, and payer rules; product coding, payer profitability, regulatory and policy compliance.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Review, evaluate, and implement product coding requests for all payer types </li><li>Identify and resolve payer specific reimbursement and contractual loading issues </li><li>Review, load, and implement managed care and HHA contracts including amendments and fee schedules; update and evaluate fee schedules as requested </li><li>Loading, review, and maintenance of special pricing records and exceptions </li><li>Prepare Home Health Agreements and pricing documentation </li><li>Load and track contract key elements and changes in MediTract </li><li>Support Toolbox updates and requests </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years professional experience; contracting, payer relations, medical billing, coding preferred </li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel </li><li>Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills </li><li>Strong analytical skills </li><li>Knowledge of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) policies and regulations preferred </li><li>Little to not travel, less than 10% </li></ul> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin physical or mental handicap, disability, age or status as a disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era.</p> <p>If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
