<p>Aspen Trace is now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our SNF Unit. We offer daily and weekly pay options, $15,000 sign on bonus and great benefits!</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspen Trace, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a senior living and skilled nursing facility environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the daily living activities of residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, you will monitor and document residents' health status, administer medications, and provide education to both residents and their families. Ultimately, your contributions will enhance the quality of life for our residents and support their overall health and happiness.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. </li><li>Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. </li><li>Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. </li><li>Document care provided and maintain accurate health records for each resident. </li><li>Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update individualized care plans. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice. </li><li>Completion of an accredited practical nursing program. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a senior living or skilled nursing facility. </li><li>Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <p>The required skills in senior living and skilled nursing facility care are essential for providing compassionate and effective support to residents. You will utilize your nursing skills to assess residents' needs and implement appropriate interventions. Strong communication skills will be vital for collaborating with team members and educating residents and families about care plans. Additionally, your ability to work in a fast-paced environment will help you manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high standards of care. Preferred skills, such as experience in a similar setting, will enhance your ability to adapt quickly and contribute positively to our team.</p>
