<p>Department</p> <p>Facilities Administration</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Works closely with Facilities- Planning, Design, and Construction leadership and area supervisors to identify training needs. Develops and oversees area-specific training plans, including safety, trade-specific technical skills, and professional development. Supports the implementation of the Interplay online skills-based program by partnering with supervisors to execute and sustain training initiatives. Coordinates training sessions and workshop logistics; collaborates with internal subject matter experts, industry experts, and external training providers as needed. Facilitates Facilities-PDC Orientation program and recurrent trainings. Facilitates workshops, technical training sessions, and professional development seminars across Facilities-PDC, accommodating multiple shifts. </li><li>Develops and maintains training materials, adapting content to support different learning styles. Collaborates with HR and Maintenance to develop and support a skills-based testing program for technical competency assessment. Supports EHS safety subject matter experts in the development of engaging training courses that support various learning environments and needs. </li><li>Works closely with the EHS safety training team to ensure Facilities-PDC staff compliance and promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Ensure all training programs comply with University policies and applicable regulations. </li><li>Evaluates training effectiveness by developing learning outcomes and assessment tools, using results to improve program quality and impact. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and two years of experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience.
