Ensures understanding and interpretation of policies, procedures, and programs to enhance management/staff relations. Functions as a resource and advisor to management on employee and labor relations matters. Listens to employee concerns and informs management of issues or concerns. Tracks and trends employee concerns and develops action plans to address them. Meets with managers and employees, investigating issues and recommending solutions. Communicates regularly with other members of the HR Department, which may impact, or be impacted by, various employee issues. Accountable for assisting Manager with Doctors Medical Center labor relations' activity for all Collective Bargaining Agreements.
