<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Part time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>12 Hour Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Position Purpose</p> <p>At Johnson Memorial Hospital the Unit Secretary is responsible for coordinating patient flow on the unit and provides clerical support to the unit.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate patient flow on the unit </li><li>Process patient orders </li><li>Prepares and disassembles patient charts </li><li>Prepares forms and documents required for patient care </li><li>Communicates unit related and/or patient related needs to other departments and healthcare team members </li><li>Request and obtain supplies and equipment </li><li>Answer phones and greeting visitors </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
