This includes:</p> <ul> <li>Directing the work schedule for the drawbench team </li><li>Train new production operators </li><li>Set up and operate tripe S.O. drawbenches </li><li>Set up and operate all final drawbenches </li><li>Be familiar with die crib operation including new dies and mandrels. </li><li>Perform buyoffs and production forms accurately. </li><li>Consistently meet production goals </li><li>Organize and direct team meetings, including weekly safety topics </li></ul> <p>What you need to be successful:</p> <ul> <li>Speak, understand, read and write English </li><li>Must be able to work overtime, if needed </li><li>Excellent mechanical aptitude </li><li>Be able to lift, push and pull 50lbs. </li><li>Be able to explain MSDS for applicable products </li><li>Complete training requirements per ISO 9001 </li><li>Complete training requirements per ISO 14001 </li></ul> <p>Pre-employment background check and drug test required</p>
