The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $70 - $90 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.</p> <p> </p> <p>Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
