These values define our commitment to creating a supportive, positive workplace while delivering exceptional customer experiences.</p> <p>For more information, please visit our website: www.schwazze.com</p> <p>Job Title: Inventory Manager</p> <p>Salary Range: $57,784/yr - $60,000/yr</p> <p>Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)</p> <p>Location: Star Buds | Arapahoe</p> <p>Position Objective</p> <p>The Retail Inventory Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory operations across our high-volume recreational retail location. This role ensures inventory integrity, regulatory compliance, and seamless support for both in-store and online sales channels. With a strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, and compliance with Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations, the Retail Inventory Manager helps drive the operational success of our retail store.</p> <p>This position plays a vital role in maintaining product availability, managing stock flow, and optimizing inventory processes to support a best-in-class customer experience.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Inventory Management and Compliance (40%)</p> <ul> <li>Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits in collaboration with store leadership. </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records in METRC and the point-of-sale (POS) system in accordance with state regulatory requirements. </li><li>Identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly; implement corrective action to prevent recurrence. </li><li>Train and oversee Inventory Associates on compliant auditing and data entry practices. </li><li>Generate and analyze daily reports on inventory levels, variances, and par stock levels to support business decisions. </li></ul> <p>Inventory Organization and Optimization (30%)</p> <ul> <li>Implement and maintain a well-organized back stock system that supports efficient restocking and order fulfillment. </li><li>Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards to minimize product aging and ensure product freshness. </li><li>Coordinate with store leadership to manage inventory levels, including products approaching expiration. </li><li>Monitor and maintain product quality throughout storage and sales preparation. </li><li>Oversee accurate and timely labeling and shelf stocking of all products. </li></ul> <p>Receiving and Labeling (30%)</p> <ul> <li>Verify incoming shipments against product manifests; accept or reject shipments in compliance with store policy and state regulations. </li><li>Receive inventory in METRC and import packages into the POS system with accurate product data and pricing. </li><li>Manage the movement of inventory from back stock to the sales floor, including pricing tier updates and label creation. </li><li>Create and maintain compliant product labels for all items, including flower, concentrates, edibles, and more. </li><li>Train both Inventory and Retail Associates on correct and compliant labeling procedures. </li></ul> <p>Please note that the percentage allocations are a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities.
