<p>Position Type:</p> <p>New London Adult & Continuing Education/Teacher</p> <p>Date Posted:</p> <p>8/1/2025</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>New London Adult and Continuing Education</p> <p>&nbsp&nbspAdditional Information: Show/Hide</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Director of Adult Education</p> <p>PRIMARY JOB GOAL: To assist in maintaining the proper operation of the school/program during the temporary absence of the Program Administrator.</p> <p>TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>On call to support the daily duties of the school Program Administrator in his/her temporary absence. </li><li>Performs such other related duties as the Director may from time to time assign. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree or equivalent </li><li>At least 5 years of successful teaching </li><li>Professional teaching certificate </li><li>Must show evidence of, or the potential for, successful administrative experience, </li><li>An 092 Administrator Certification </li><li>Member of the school staff to which the assignment is attached </li><li>Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the District may find appropriate or acceptable. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual</p> <p>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Ten-month year in addition to his/her regular teaching assignment.
