Setting us apart from our competitors is our people.</p> <p>If you're looking for a place where your hard work and great ideas make a difference--NIBCO is the place for you.</p> <p>POSITION INFO:</p> <p>The position is primarily responsible for working with assigned ASM(s) to grow regional account sales and strengthen relationships with distributors.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Works in partnership with assigned Area Sales Manager to grow sales </li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with distributors by making outbound sales calls to assigned account base </li><li>Building business partnerships - Align NIBCO and Customer capabilities to achieve mutually beneficial goals of both organizations </li><li>Customer advocate role - Executing "win-win" scenarios for the customer and NIBCO </li><li>Communicating jobs and projects in assigned market area to Area Sales Managers on a regular basis </li><li>Scheduling field sales calls in CRM </li><li>Lead generations for new accounts </li><li>Work closely within Area Sales Manager to provide excellent customer coverage for specific customer group </li><li>Establish and maintain a high level of product and technical knowledge to effectively meet customer service expectations </li><li>Prepare written correspondence to external and internal customers </li><li>Account-level new product launch and promotional campaign activities </li><li>Project and Order Quote Responsibilities in Vendavo </li><li>Account Sales Analysis, Call Preparation and Marketing Support </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Plumbing products/piping products Industry experience is a plus.</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <p>High School Diploma Required.
