This role is critical to ensuring timely service and high-quality food preparation.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards. </li><li>Maintain station organization and proper place throughout service. </li><li>Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency. </li><li>Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. </li><li>Assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, and ingredient preparation. </li><li>Communicate effectively with kitchen team during service. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen equipment. </li><li>Assist with receiving, storage, and inventory rotation as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Prior kitchen or line cook experience required. </li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. </li><li>Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards. </li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen equipment or products. </li><li>Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic. </li></ul> <p>This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.</p>
