We are looking for a dedicated RN Supervisor like you to be a part of our team.</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <p>Provides day to day leadership for the NCCM Virtual Nurse clinical team.Performs all RN/LPN virtual nurse functions. Provides leadership to an assigned group of virtual RNs/LPNs across the enterprise.Functions as an immediately available clinical resource as a virtual nurse to meet business needs.Utilizes clinical expertise and approved resources to provide virtual nurse support as appropriate via virtual platforms.Ensures performance standards are met. Manages staff performance by providing immediate feedback, weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, and corrective action as necessary. Conducts routinely scheduled team meetings. Performs annual performance reviews.Role models customer service behaviors, Code of Conduct, and NCCM Guiding Principles.Functions as an immediately available resource for all staff questions and concerns.Performs quality reviews to assure staff competency, adherence to SOPs and processes.Communicates appropriately and clearly with departmental management, co-workers and patients.Exhibits willingness to master new work routines and methods in order to gain efficiencies.Consistently monitors virtual nurse queues to assure KPIs are met and provides assistance as needed.Monitors staff licensure and assists in new license application as necessary.Maintains and contributes to a professional and ethical work environment and actively participates in team meetings.Seeks staff input related to work processes, workflows, technology needs, and patient trends.Assures new programs are implemented effectively, and supports Go Lives.Recognizes and rewards staff for superior performance. Celebrates team successes.Serves as the escalation point should a nurse need immediate assistance with a patient consumer or tech issues.Proactively schedules staff to match virtual encounter volume trends. Makes schedule adjustments daily as needed to meet business needs.Performs payroll edits and approvals for assigned staff. Answers staff questions related to payroll or pay practice.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Advanced knowledge of virtual nurse support platforms, virtual nurse workflows, use of best practice resources, and customer service behaviors. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational and departmental policies, procedures and systems. Knowledge of training methods and techniques for adult learners. Knowledgeable in employee relations to include hiring, onboarding, and performance management Actively participates in all aspects of the hiring process, onboarding, mentoring, competency assessment, and ongoing education. Communicates clearly and concisely both verbally and in writingCommunicates feedback in a timely manner and escalates when unable to solutionEstablishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect Able to work effectively with internal and external customers Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and leadershipEmbodies and adheres to the HCA Vision and Mission statements.Proactively plans and prepares for staffing needs, to meet volume demands and capacity. Applies Critical thinking when making decisions that will impact patients, workflow, and the organization.
