This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.</p> <p>In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the development of the strategic direction of the Site Reliability Engineering function to drive resilience and stability through engineering principles and operational discipline </li><li>Understand the organization's technical ecosystem to recognize systemic interrelationships while performing gap identification </li><li>Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolves systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity. </li><li>Provide leadership direction in future improvement of software delivery processes and operations, e.g., cloud enablement </li><li>Relay incident details expeditiously, concisely, and accurately </li><li>Lead recruitment strategy and manages and develops teams to maximize their collective contributions.
