<p>Job Purpose:</p> <p>To provide for safe, comfortable and timely transportation of residents to and from the facility</p> <p>MUST BE CDL LICENSED</p> <p>Salary Range based on years of experience: $17.60-$27.90/hour</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>Provide transportation of passengers, supplies and equipment as requested by the Director of Nursing and Health Services Unit or appropriate designated authority;</p> <ul> <li>Safe and timely portal-to-portal transportation of residents on both a scheduled and as needed basis. </li><li>Responsible for pickup and delivery of supplies, equipment and material as required. </li><li>Assures that vehicle is fully fueled and ready to drive; reports mechanical problems to appropriate source for repairs. </li><li>Maintains required transportation logs, records and reports. </li><li>Observes residents for any change in condition and reports same to Unit Manager. </li><li>Ability to observe residents' conditions and respond and communicate with residents and staff: </li><li>Ability to deal effectively and appropriately with residents and public. </li><li>Perform other related assignments as related. </li><li>Ensure resident's rights are followed by all volunteers. </li><li>Performs other related assignments as required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school education or equivalent. </li><li>Valid driver's license and safe driving record required. </li><li>Must be CDL Licensed </li></ul> <p>Family Makes Us Stronger.
