This is a seasonal position, scheduled to begin in May 2026.</p> <p>The purpose of this position is to provide for the safety of all patrons utilizing the pool facility and provide premier customer service.  A Guest Experience Agent is responsible for providing premier customer service for all guests who encounter The Lagoon.  They will accept admission fees, perform general maintenance in and around the pool, provide clean and hospitable areas for guests to rent, and enforce all rules and regulations.  Guest Experience Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate daily records that reflect revenue counts.  They will also facilitate renting cabana and party room usage.   Guest Experience Agents' focus is on customer service and assisting in all aspects of always providing excellent service. This position performs other duties as assigned.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provides premier customer service to internal and external customers by educating customers, responding to requests and helping to maintain a safe and clean pool environment in a professional manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors and assists patrons entering or exiting facility.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs cashier duties including sales, accounting, data entry, collecting admission, rentals, program registrations, and running opening & closing reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares, cleans, and provides for all usage of rentable spaces.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in keeping an orderly cashier's area and office. Assists in maintaining the entire facility.  Will include cleaning pools, pool equipment, pool decks and grounds, and bathhouse restrooms and locker rooms. Will spend at least 50% of their time outside of cashiers' office.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists at programs, rentals, and special events as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists as needed in Emergency Action Plan for pool.</p> </li><li> <p>Answers phones and questions regarding rentals, programs, special events and facility.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.        </p> </li><li> <p>Requires regular attendance.</p> </li><li> <p>Less than high school education acceptable. </p> </li><li> <p>Must be at least 16 years of age.</p> </li><li> <p>Related cash handling experience preferred. </p> </li><li> <p>A current American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid or equivalent is required.    </p> </li><li> <p>Must pass pre-employment skills test and written exam for money handling.  </p> </li></ul> <p>Complete online application at Cedar Hill City Website at www.cedarhilltx.com.
