<p>Position Purpose:</p> <p>Resolves end-user hardware, software, network, phone and copier problems. Provides end-user training. Performs project implementation activity such as software application rollout, PC upgrades, network upgrades or directs vendor personnel for the same. Performs any duties or projects assigned by supervisor.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>End user support</p> <ul> <li>Provide end-user support and training for computer systems and network-based software applications. </li><li>Maintain end user system replacement lifecycle. Maintain accurate inventory records to facilitate replacements according to established schedules. </li><li>Create, Maintain and Deploy system images. </li><li>Install and support hardware such as PCs, various printers, and storage peripherals. </li><li>Troubleshoot user hardware, software, network issues. </li><li>Ensure that workstation configurations comply with established policies, standards, licensing agreements, and configuration guidelines. </li></ul> <p>Education and Training</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in an Information Technology related field. </li></ul> <p>Environmental Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Office setting </li><li>Manufacturing plant </li></ul> <p>Behavioral Traits</p> <ul> <li>Ability to interface with customers and provide group and / or one-on-one support and training. </li><li>Ability to work within a Team environment. </li><li>Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Must exhibit the highest professionalism, self-initiative, enthusiasm, and work ethic. </li></ul> <p>In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $20.00-23.00 per hour depending on the student's class standing. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, qualifications, and other job-related criteria.
