Titan Security is looking for a Site Director of Security to lead a flagship commercial property in the heart of Rosemont. You will manage a top-tier team and utilize industry-leading technology to protect one of Rosemont's premier office assets. </p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead security operations for a high-traffic commercial office building. </li><li>Directly interface with Property Management in weekly operational strategy meetings. </li><li>Master and maintain DSX Access Control and exacqVision/Axis surveillance systems. </li><li>Partner with Rosemont Public Service for emergency preparedness and fire drills. </li><li>Manage budgets and CapEx requests to ensure the site remains state-ofthe-art. </li><li>Foster a culture of professional growth through continuous staff training.  </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in Commercial High-Rise security management. </li><li>Strong technical aptitude: You should be an expert in Microsoft Office and modern VMS/Access Control systems. </li><li>A "Safety First" mindset with a deep understanding of fire control systems. </li><li>Exceptional relationship-building skills to manage clients and vendors effectively.  </li></ul> <p>Salary & Benefits: Base salary: $70K - 75K plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
