<p>Job Description</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>We are seeking an Aviation Engineer - Hybrid, to join our team in either: Philadelphia, PA, Boston, MA, Alexandria, VA, New York, NY, or Laurel, MD.</p> <p>Your role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Designs and develops plans and drawings, which may include the development of preliminary layout and/or final drawings.</p> </li><li> <p>Outlines and prepares relatively straightforward reports of sections of reports, working under the periodic review of a more experienced professional.</p> </li><li> <p>Researches feasibility of alternative design approaches, value engineering, site conditions, and regulatory agency specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares preliminary personnel-hour, cost and material quantity estimates.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in quality control checks, maintaining quality standards in all work produced, checking computations, and/or reviewing designs and drawings performed by others.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates with other disciplines as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs field observations of construction where appropriate.</p> </li></ul> <p>About you</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.</p> </li><li> <p>This level may be achieved with more than four years of experience in aviation and/or highways.</p> </li></ul> <p>Rewards & benefits</p> <p>At AtkinsRéalis, our values-Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Excellence-are more than just words.
