Candidates may be eligible for higher base pay depending on experience and skill set.</p> <p>This position within Rogers Group offers a union environment with excellent pay, pension, safety equipment, and other benefits.</p> <p>Rogers Group Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technicians for our operation located in Williamsport, IN. Interstate Sand and Gravel is an open-pit mine where naturally occurring deposits of sand and gravel are extracted for use in construction and other industries.
