Your work as the Associate Director of the Friends of Ted and Ned, Cavanaugh Council and President's Circle directly impacts the University's flexibility to meet critical needs, advance strategic initiatives, and face unexpected challenges. These leadership giving programs have been instrumental in helping Notre Dame's President help build a great Catholic research university for the 21st century.</p> <p>The Associate Director plays a crucial role in developing and executing critical aspects of the University's highest-level annual giving programs. This position ensures the strategic stewardship, operational excellence, and high-level engagement necessary to drive sustained philanthropic growth.</p> <p>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with the Senior Director and team to design and deliver an unparalleled membership experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in implementation of the day-to-day operations of these programs, including membership renewals, recruitment of new members, and retention efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and host multiple dynamic events annually for Friends of Ted and Ned, Cavanaugh Council, and Presidents Circle members both on campus and regionally including the biennial symposium in Washington D.C.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement communication strategies to keep members informed and engaged. To learn more, visit Our</p> <p>Benefits Page.</p> <p>If you feel a close connection to Notre Dame - the mission, the people, the campus, and the impact that we</p> <p>make together - this will be a great opportunity for you!</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li><li> <p>4 + years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal skills required for developing positive relationships with high-level University benefactors, top University leadership, fundraisers, students, faculty and staff</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with multiple departments across the organization</p> </li><li> <p>Project management skills such as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; excellent time management and organizational skills, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Event planning & execution experience</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communications skills</p> </li><li> <p>Experience using Excel, Google suite, and the ability to embrace and learn new software</p> </li><li> <p>Position requires significant evening and weekend hours depending upon activities and events associated with the Friends of Ted and Ned, Cavanaugh Council and President's Circle Program</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Salary range starting at $68,000, commensurate with experience.</p> <p>RESUME & COVER LETTER REQUIRED to be considered for this position.
