Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>This position will be responsible for leadership of SKMC inpatient rehab, outpatient services in Commerce Towers and at the outlying clinics in Amboy, Oregon, and Polo.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY: The Rehabilitation Services Manager is a licensed therapist who manages, plans, implements, and evaluates department operations and activities; provides leadership for a rehabilitation entity. The Manager plays a key role in assuring quality service, patient and team member satisfaction, compliance with current policies and procedures, regulatory standards, and fiscal responsibility.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a therapy specialty </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>3 years of clinical experience in acute care and/or outpatient facility </li></ul> <p>Licensure/Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Pathologist in the respective state </li></ul> <p>Other Licenses/Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>American Heart BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire </li></ul> <p>Other skills/knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed information in an accurate manner </li><li>Knowledge of the therapy process thereby enabling him/her to assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate the rehab care provided </li><li>Displays problem identification and conflict resolution necessary in personnel management </li><li>Professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information </li><li>Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to work well with others </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Master's or Doctoral Degree in a therapy specialty Experience: Previous leadership experience </li></ul> <p>Other skills/knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of current theory and practice in organizational behavior and supervisory and administrative principles and practices </li></ul> <p>OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
