<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Care Home Nursing Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations and Resident Attendant staff of Sheltering Arms part-time while providing the highest quality of nursing care for our residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff. This full-time position offers flexible hours Monday through Friday for 36 hours per week and includes an on-call requirement.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise, train and support staff, fostering professional development and teamwork. </li><li>Screen prospective residents for appropriateness of admission to the facility; coordinate all admissions and discharges </li><li>Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including review of residents' medications administration and documentation. </li><li>Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and well-being, documenting changes and communicating with family members, care givers and healthcare providers. </li><li>Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. </li><li>Address any concerns or issues raised by residents or their families in a timely and professional manner. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations. </li></ul> <p>Why UCFS?</p> <p>Our team is passionate about the services we provide and is committed to making a difference for our clients and community.
