This role supports high-volume procedural areas by managing inventory, distributing supplies, and maintaining organized, accurate supply locations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Pick and deliver case cart supplies and replenish inventory for procedural and ambulatory units </li><li>Manage par levels, monitor supply usage, and adjust inventory to meet changing clinical demand </li><li>Receive, verify, and distribute supplies; reconcile packing slips and resolve discrepancies </li><li>Transport supplies and equipment (up to 50 lbs) safely and efficiently </li><li>Restock supply areas, maintain organized storage, and manage assigned supply carts </li><li>Maintain barcode accuracy to support inventory tracking and scanning </li><li>Follow up on vendor shipments to ensure timely delivery of critical supplies </li></ul> <p>Work Environment This role requires working in fast-paced procedural settings where accuracy, organization, and efficiency are essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while responding to frequent supply requests and operational demands.</p> <p>Strong English verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with clinical staff, supervisors, and supply chain teams. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment is essential. Candidates must be disciplined, dependable, and able to meet operational deadlines with minimal supervision.</p> <p>The technician must be comfortable entering and maintaining accurate data in inventory management systems and completing administrative tasks in a timely manner. Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking, par management activities, and supply distribution.</p> <p>Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads, assignments, and schedules-including weekend coverage-is required.
