A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.</p> <p>About the role</p> <p>The Engineering Manager for the Rothschild, WI facility is an onsite position that will provide the leadership for all engineering related programs for the facility and work closely with the Plant Director and other key plant leaders.</p> <p>Key responsibilities</p> <ol> <li>Engineering & Maintenance Leadership </li></ol> <p>Provide site leadership for maintenance, engineering, utilities, and capital execution to</p> <p>ensure continuous production.</p> <p>Lead development and execution of the site's engineering vision aligned with corporate</p> <p>strategy.</p> <p>Drive effective Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) and preventive/predictive</p> <p>maintenance.</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Capital Planning & Project Delivery </li></ol> <p>Lead the site capital agenda and manage 3-5 year engineering development plans.</p> <p>Gather requirements (RFQs/URS/Charters) from various departments to effectively scope</p> <p>projects, defining clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines following Kerry</p> <p>Engineering Standards and ways of working.</p> <p>Partner with global/regional engineering teams to maintain standards and technology</p> <p>alignment.</p> <p>Project Management Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from</p> <p>concept to execution.</p> <ol start="3"> <li>Compliance, Quality & Process Safety </li></ol> <p>Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GFSI, QSHE, and regulatory requirements.</p> <p>Oversee Process Safety Management elements. Ensure robust Process Safety Management</p> <p>practices are in place, while EHS remains accountable.</p> <p>Govern Management of Change (MOC) for engineering modifications.</p> <ol start="4"> <li>Continuous Improvement & Innovation </li></ol> <p>Classified as General Business Drive Lean, TPM, and structured problem-solving.</p> <p>Use KPIs and CMMS insights to improve asset effectiveness.</p> <p>Introduce new technologies to improve efficiency and sustainability.</p> <ol start="5"> <li>People Leadership & Talent Development </li></ol> <p>Build, coach, and develop high-performing engineering and maintenance teams.</p> <p>Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous learning.</p> <p>Communicate results, progress, and action plans effectively across all levels of the</p> <p>organization.</p> <p>Matrix Management Collaborates effectively across functions and geographies; leads</p> <p>virtual and cross-functional teams.</p> <p>Qualifications and skills</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience. 7+ years in maintenance/engineering and 3+ years leading teams.</p> <p>Project leadership, capital planning, and stakeholder management experience.</p> <p>Knowledge of CMMS (SAP-PM preferred), reliability practices, and root cause analysis.</p> <p>Additional Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Experience in food, nutrition, or pharma-adjacent regulated manufacturing environments.</p> <p>Exposure to digital manufacturing, automation, and sustainability initiatives.</p> <p>Certifications in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or PMP.</p> <p>The typical hiring range for this role is $107,757 - $181,563 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).</p> <p>Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
