Paragon 28-a Zimmer Biomet company dedicated to advancing orthopedic innovation-is seeking a Marketing Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Englewood, Colorado.</p> <p>In this dynamic role, you'll take the lead in shaping and optimizing our marketing inventory operations. From developing smart inventory strategies to managing allocation and coordinating logistics for key events, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our marketing efforts run seamlessly.</p> <p>As a Marketing Logistics Coordinator, you'll have the autonomy to make data-driven decisions, streamline processes, and maximize the efficiency and impact of marketing assets across the organization. If you enjoy solving complex challenges and driving operational excellence, this is your opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way.</p> <p>How You'll Create Impact</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and support day-to-day marketing inventory operations, including material handling, allocation, and logistics execution </li><li>Maintain appropriate inventory levels by monitoring stock, replenishing supplies, and organizing materials for events and internal requests </li><li>Track inventory movement and usage, reviewing data for accuracy and identifying discrepancies for correction </li><li>Follow established processes for inventory management, shipping, and tracking, and assist in implementing process updates as directed </li><li>Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Medical Education teams to fulfill material requests and support operational needs </li><li>Execute inventory allocation and assist with prioritizing shipments based on timelines and immediate business needs </li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory and shipping issues through direct involvement, including locating materials and correcting errors </li><li>Maintain and update inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Smartsheet, Google Sheets) to ensure accurate, real-time data entry </li><li>Follow all applicable regulatory and company requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO standards) in daily tasks </li><li>Support onsite and offsite event logistics, including preparing, transporting, and managing materials as needed </li><li>Prepare shipping documentation and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery </li><li>Package materials and equipment, ensuring items are properly protected and labeled for shipment </li><li>Assist in investigating shipment issues such as delays, damages, shortages, or incorrect charges, and help implement corrective actions </li><li>Perform shipping, receiving, auditing, and inventory control tasks as part of daily responsibilities </li><li>Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, assist with basic layout adjustments, and report equipment issues or repair needs </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned, with a focus on hands-on operational support </li></ul> <p>Your Background</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, supply chain, or related field </li><li>3+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, or operations </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions impacting business operations </li><li>Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems </li><li>Strong Customer Service Skills </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>The role operates primarily within a warehouse, medical/cadaver laboratory, and tradeshow/events environments. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>The role requires regular movement within the facility and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li></ul> <p>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work</p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time position. It may reasonably require additional hours during the week and weekend; specific requirements will be determined with Supervisor with advanced notice when possible. </li></ul> <p>Travel Expectations</p> <p>5% or more of overnight travel, only as needed to support offsite medical education labs or events/tradeshows</p> <p>Compensation Data</p> <p>Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 USD per hour. Opportunity for overtime. Annual bonus eligibility.</p> <p>EOE</p>
