This person will be hands on in executing upon configurations, enhancements, and upgrades on the platform and will effectively serve as a key point of contact for the platform. This person needs to have strong hands-on Cvent skills with the ability to execute upon work in fast paced, global environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Configuring Cvent tools to align with the specific needs of an event. Perform enhancements and upgrades to align with organizational needs as well. </li><li>Work closely with teams and stakeholders to understand their goals and offer tailored solutions that optimize event performance. </li><li>Provide raining to internal teams or end-users on how to effectively use Cvent's suite of tools. </li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for platform related questions, issues, requests, and other related topics. </li><li>Ensure accurate data collection, integration with necessary systems, and generating insightful reports for post-event analysis. </li><li>Advise on best practices to streamline event workflows and enhance the attendee experience. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong hands on experience in Cvent with the ability to perform configurations, enhancements, and upgrades </li><li>Strong project management and communication skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Experience with event planning or marketing technology </li><li>Ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights </li></ul>
