Administration, or related field (preferred). </li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. </li><li>Strong understanding of JIT and OneKit logistics management, including specific experience with FRAME INR, PARTITION, and urban item transfer coordination. </li><li>Experience with logistics management software, ERP systems, and tracking tools. </li><li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices. </li><li>Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry a plus. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>JIT Item Delivery Management (FRAME INR, PARTITION):</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the delivery of critical JIT parts, specifically FRAME INR and PARTITION, to ensure timely arrival at production facilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to align delivery schedules with production demands, minimizing inventory while avoiding shortages or delays.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor JIT inventory levels and adjust delivery schedules based on production forecasts and customer requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries and quality service.</p> </li><li> <p>OneKit Item Delivery Management (Urban Item Transfer Correspondence):</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the coordination of OneKit item deliveries, specifically handling urban item transfer correspondence, ensuring that all parts are delivered as a unified kit.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with internal teams to ensure the accurate and timely transfer of urban items, ensuring no missing parts in each kit.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and track shipments, ensuring all kits arrive at the correct destination, and take immediate corrective actions when issues arise.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with external logistics providers to ensure efficient delivery and minimize any disruptions to production schedules.</p> </li><li> <p>Logistics Coordination & Scheduling:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, manage, and optimize delivery schedules for all incoming and outgoing shipments of auto interior parts.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with suppliers, warehouses, and carriers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of materials, components, and finished products.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle transportation and distribution logistics for both raw materials and finished products, ensuring they meet production and customer deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Inventory and Stock Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and manage inventory levels of critical parts to prevent stockouts or overstocking, ensuring seamless production.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with supply chain teams to forecast future demand and make necessary adjustments to inventory management strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze trends in material usage and recommend improvements to minimize delays and optimize logistics operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Vendor and Carrier Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and carriers.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate and select the best transport options based on cost, delivery speed, and reliability.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage communication with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.</p> </li><li> <p>Process Improvement:</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously evaluate logistics processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and better service delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks in the logistics chain.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and monitor best practices for logistics management, including the use of technology and data analysis to improve decision-making.</p> </li><li> <p>Compliance & Safety:</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure that all logistics operations comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor the safety and security of goods during transportation and storage, ensuring proper handling and compliance with safety guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Reporting & Documentation:</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records and reports on inventory levels, shipping schedules, delivery status, and performance metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide regular updates to management on logistics performance, identifying any potential issues and
