<p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Serves as a strategic financial partner for designated manufacturing sites, delivering data-driven insights that support operational and financial decision making. Provides site leadership with forward-looking analysis, performance metrics, and scenario modeling to drive profitability and efficiency. Works with various levels of management within the business to develop, interpret and implement financial and accounting concepts or techniques related to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business results.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Acts as a financial business partner to plant management </li><li>Serves as finance partner for assigned manufacturing site including compiling, analyzing, and ensuring accurate financial information </li><li>Works with site management to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet these goals </li><li>Assists with month end close including journal entries, account reconciliations and financial statements </li><li>Prepares monthly variance analysis and presents results to management including data insights and financial trends </li><li>Manages analysis of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts </li><li>Conducts complex business analysis including ROI, NPV and IRR, making recommendations to management for capital equipment </li><li>Performs deep-dive analysis into cost structures, expense trends, and operational KPIs to support continuous improvement </li><li>Develop, drive efficiencies, and analyze reports to meet cross functional user needs </li><li>Conducts ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned </li><li>Acts as a lead for the annual physical inventory </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business and 4-6 years of cost accounting or relevant accounting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <p>COMPETENCY and/or SKILL:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills </li><li>Accounting and financial modeling software experience </li><li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Financial analysis skills </li><li>Ability to prepare data to support recommendations </li><li>GAAP knowledge </li><li>Proficient in Oracle, especially in costing and inventory modules </li><li>Strong presentation & communication skills </li><li>Ability to leverage AI </li></ul>
