<p>Description</p> <p>Job Summary: Responsible for cleanliness, maintenance and general upkeep of center buildings and grounds.</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles. </li><li>Performs general janitorial duties in an office, such as cleaning, dusting, washing windows, and moving and polishing furniture and equipment. </li><li>Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors. Vacuums and spot clean carpets. </li><li>Empties trash receptables. </li><li>Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture. </li><li>Performs minor maintenance repairs. Arranges for repair of office equipment and utilities. </li><li>Transports students as authorized. </li><li>Ensures that all tools and equipment are in good repair. </li><li>Attends required staff training sessions as required. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Minimum: High school diploma or GED. Six months experience.</p> <p>Preferred: One year or more work-related experience.</p> <p>Knowledge: Must possess a valid State driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification.
