The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive </li><li>Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location </li><li>Pension / Retirement benefits </li><li>Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being. </li><li>DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). </li></ul> <p>The Impact you will have in this role:</p> <p>Being a member of IT CSS-WRAFT Delivery team, the Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the main interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams and crafting functional specifications for the project's development teams.</p> <p>Your Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Produce functional specifications by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams </li><li>Lead workflow design and contribute to user experience design, where applicable </li><li>Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on assigned aspects of the project </li><li>Review estimates of resource needs and schedule of work with related collaborators </li><li>Provide guidance to team members by elaborating the vital details required through all phases of projects </li><li>Provide input to developers and Test Engineers to ensure System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirements </li><li>Participate in reviews of SIT results and defect reviews; support user acceptance testing as needed </li><li>Contribute to system documentation under company-specific procedures and standards </li><li>Recommend controls by identifying gaps and designing solutions to automate manual processes </li><li>Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; calls out concerns appropriately </li></ul> <p>NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 6 years of related experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience </li></ul> <p>Talents Needed for Success:</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of industry experience in a technology environment with a record of successfully delivering sophisticated products </li><li>Ability to read and understand programming languages </li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities </li><li>Hands on experience in developing technical roadmaps, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment </li><li>Detail- and results-oriented, able to analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key lessons. </li><li>Ability to thoroughly understand sophisticated business and technical issues and influence decision making </li><li>Ability to plan for and review technical programming specifications </li><li>Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in multi-functional projects and activities </li><li>Consistently uses communications skills to influence outcomes </li><li>Ability to influence others without authority to get things done in a timely fashion </li><li>Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines </li><li>Solid understanding of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools </li><li>Develops a culture where honesty and clarity are expected. </li><li>Knows the latest on changes in their own specialist area and seeks out learning opportunities to ensure knowledge is up-to-date. </li><li>Invests effort to individually coach others. </li><li>Builds collaborative teams across the organization. </li></ul> <p>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
