Right Here.</p> <p>Job Type:</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Scheduled Hours:</p> <p>0</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>This position provides direct patient care and program execution of work rehabilitation services for Business Health clients; including preventive services for individuals and groups, ergonomic assessments, job placement assessments, and work hardening and conditioning services.</p> <p>Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Work Rehabilitation Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Daily oversight of work hardening and work conditioning patients and programs </li><li>Provide preventive services onsite and in clinic for corporate clients; inducing but not limited to job placement assessments, ergonomic assessments, and employee trainings </li><li>Provide reports for patients and corporate clients that show the success and effectiveness of work rehabilitation program </li></ul> <p>Customer Service, Quality Management and Problem Resolutions</p> <ul> <li>Actively participates in the patient/corporate client experience following AIDET </li><li>Resolve routine patient/corporate client complaints in a timely manner </li><li>Initiates further follow-up with the supervisor/manager when appropriate to resolve patient/corporate client complaints and concerns </li><li>Participation in all customer service surveys </li><li>Responsible for development and implementation of annual goals, with quarterly review and updates on progress </li></ul> <p>Planning, Development, Marketing</p> <ul> <li>Work with the clinic supervisors and management to develop and implement measurable goals for individuals and department </li><li>Participate, when appropriate with marketing/sales representative on sales calls, tours, and follow-up visits to the corporate accounts </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education, Credentials, Licenses:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program </li><li>Licensed in the state, OTL, or license-eligible </li></ul> <p>Specialized Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of nationally recognized assessment techniques and anticipated outcomes </li><li>Excellent communication skills, verbally and written </li></ul> <p>Kind and Length of Experience:</p> <ul> <li>New graduates acceptable </li></ul> <p>FLSA Status:</p> <p>Non-Exempt</p> <p>Right Career.
