As an Actuarial Analyst on our Personal Lines team, you'll leverage standard ratemaking techniques, support rate filings, and learn advanced actuarial methods to help shape our pricing strategy. This role offers a clear path for growth through Casualty Actuarial Society exams and hands-on training, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking to build a robust actuarial career.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ratemaking: Prepare rate indications and experience exhibits using standard actuarial methodologies. </li><li>Rate Filings: Provide impact analyses and actuarial support for rate filings. </li><li>Data Extraction: Develop skills to extract and manipulate data using industry-standard software. </li><li>Professional Development: Enhance actuarial expertise through exam progress (CAS) and on-the-job training. </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure accurate data interpretation and consistent actuarial practices. </li><li>Additional Duties: Contribute to ad-hoc projects, maintain compliance with corporate policies, and continually refine best practices. </li></ul> <p>What will you need</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
