<p>Master Control Specialist or Master Electrician. Performs majority of I&E duties above 55 Volts AC/DC up to 4160 Volts AC/DC with minimal supervision. Installs pneumatic tubing, electrical, and electronic installations on equipment in the production area.</p> <p>Master Control Specialist or Master Electrician. Installs pneumatic tubing, electrical, and electronic installations on equipment in the production area.</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains a safe and well-organized work environment. </li><li>Perform Major Electrical repairs and installs alone or as part of a team. Completes and submits required documentation in an accurate and timely fashion. Utilize on-the-job training of all shop mechanic personnel. </li><li>Develop and train entry and intermediate employees. </li><li>Diagnosis with factory rep help of PLC panels. </li><li>Make changes to panel selection, wiring, etc. </li><li>Maintain a file of installation design and technique for new units through pictures and diagrams. </li><li>Install pneumatic tubing, lay tubing on skids, and connect to end devices. </li><li>Fabricate bracket braces and instrument racks. </li><li>Perform required testing of tubing. </li><li>Bend, fabricate, and install rigid / aluminum EMT, plasti-bond conduit, tubing, and stainless steel 1/4" - 1" thick. </li><li>Install wire and cable by hand, by machine, and in cable trays. </li><li>Test control panels and make connections that ensure the function of the panel yields accurate results. </li><li>Perform unit certification, final inspection, and test document. </li><li>Make changes to panel selection, wiring, etc. </li><li>Make final electrical connections after installation of conduit and tubing. </li><li>Maintain a file of installation design and technique for new units through pictures and diagrams. </li></ul> <p>Non-Essential Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.</p> <p>All employees shall be in compliance with the Archrock Health Safety and Environmental Policy and local, statutory and/or regulatory requirements at all times.</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains a safe and well-organized work environment. </li><li>Perform Major Electrical repairs and installs alone or as part of a team.
