<p>IMMEDIATELY HIRING - Full-Time Operations Supervisor in New Haven, CT!</p> <p>$88,019 annual salary</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>The Operations Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care by supporting and supervising EMS field personnel. This role combines leadership, clinical oversight, and operational coordination to keep units staffed, prepared, and performing at their best.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support, coach, and supervise EMTs and Paramedics. </li><li>Ensure clinical quality, protocol compliance, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily staffing needs. </li><li>Respond to major incidents and coordinate operations during emergencies or disasters. </li><li>Investigate accidents, incidents, and customer concerns; document and resolve issues. </li><li>Maintain relationships with fire, police, hospitals, and other partner agencies. </li><li>Oversee narcotics management, fleet readiness, and unit stocking. </li><li>Communicate company updates, gather field feedback, and help resolve employee concerns. </li><li>Participate in training, orientation, performance feedback, and employee development. </li><li>Support HR processes including counseling, grievances, and disciplinary actions. </li><li>Complete required reports, paperwork, and operational documentation. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>EMS field experience </li><li>Prior supervisory, FTO, or instructor experience </li><li>Paramedic experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required </li><li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment </li></ul> <p>Licenses/Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current Paramedic certification </li><li>Must meet AMR driving policy requirements </li></ul> <p>Why Choose AMR?
