In this role, you will work 1:1 with each client in the home setting to assist clients in basic activities of daily living.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming </li><li>Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the supervising nurse </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation </li><li>Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients </li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support to clients </li><li>Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living space for clients </li></ul>
