<p>Primary Functions-</p> <p>Responsible for making minor mechanical repairs without site supervision.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms and elevator problems.</p> <p>Repair minor plumbing problems and unblock drains,repair beds and other mechanical equipment, replace light bulbs and batteries as needed.</p> <p>Assess maintenance problems and determine when additional assistance or direction from the manager is necessary.
