<p>Alliance Building Services is seeking a polished and professional Residential Building Porter for a Class A residential building with close to 500 units. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, at least one year of experience working in a luxury residential building, and experience with residential move-ins and move-outs.#FQM1</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, staircases, and elevators.</p> </li><li> <p>Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.</p> </li><li> <p>Wash windows, walls, and doors.</p> </li><li> <p>Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms.</p> </li><li> <p>Report and repair minor maintenance issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with snow removal and landscaping.</p> </li><li> <p>Set up and break down furniture and equipment for events.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver packages and mail to residents.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with residential move-ins and move-outs.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow health and safety regulations and protocols.</p> </li></ol> <p>Requirements:</p> <ol> <li> <p>At least one year of experience in a luxury residential building.</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Polished and professional demeanor.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with residential move-ins and move-outs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work weekends and holidays.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong work ethic and positive attitude.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy objects.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</p> </li></ol>
