<p>Requisition ID: 429182</p> <p>Work Area: Presales</p> <p>Expected Travel: 0%</p> <p>Career Status: Professional</p> <p>Employment Type: Regular Full Time</p> <p>Career Level: T3-3</p> <p>Additional Locations:</p> <p>Original Posting Date: 06/10/25</p> <p>Job Title: Services Solution Advisor Senior Specialist</p> <p>Location: Burlington, MA</p> <p>Work Model: Hybrid work model</p> <p>Purpose and Objective:</p> <p>SAP America, Inc. seeks a Services Solution Advisor Senior Specialist at our Burlington, MA location to act as a Subject Matter Expert and Advisor for selected strategic SAP solutions and serve as a go-to-person on how to design and position a successful customer adoption.</p> <p>Expectations and Tasks:</p> <p>Align with SAP methodology to drive strategic solution-specific initiatives and position SAP Services in alignment with SAP Account Management into existing and new accounts in a use case-based approach, combining latest technology and industry competence (Land and Expand). Take accountability and responsibility to ensure business growth in dedicated solution areas by providing clear guidance on the best project and solution approach for the customer. Strategically own and sell selected services solution(s) in the territory or MU or Industry or geography to drive incremental bookings and revenue. Contribute actively in the design and to the demand generation activities, by leveraging all relevant channels such as events, campaigns, social media, and cold calls In close alignment with SAP Account Management. Drive the definition and execution of a value-based innovation roadmap by utilizing the functional knowledge. Provide expertise and guidance on the overall solution approach to the SAP Account Management which includes finding the right combination of partner, product, solution, services, and commercial offering. Provide guidance in contract negotiations when it comes to solution dependencies. Responsible for bookings and revenue targets for focused and assigned services portfolio.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must involve three (3) years in the following:</p> <ul> <li>SAP Services Catalog including PS portfolio; </li><li>SAP Services track of value and solution selling; </li><li>Cloud ERP and S/4 PCE applications; </li><li>Advise on S/4 HANA solutions; </li><li>Hyperscaler and competitive awareness and weaknesses; </li><li>SAP Corporate and Product Strategy; </li><li>Drive opportunity development including growth and qualification of pipeline in conjunction with assigned Account Executives; and </li><li>Provide accurate forecasting of the renewal and network growth opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Travel: N/A</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
