Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.</p> <p>As the Anesthesia Technician, you will perform a wide variety of tasks associated with the operation, maintenance, procurement and administration of anesthesia within the Hospital.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates activities related to equipment decontamination and sterilization, to assure an ongoing infection control program. </li><li>Demonstrates skills/knowledge appropriate to patient age-related categories as defined by LGH - neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric </li><li>Equipment decontamination and sterilization </li><li>Ensuring availability of supplies and equipment </li><li>Assisting the anesthetists as needed </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma required </li><li>Previous experience in handling anesthesia and/or respiratory therapy equipment and working knowledge of biomedical skills preferred. </li><li>Training available for the right candidate - medical professionals from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply. </li></ul> <p>Lawrence General Hospital offers competitive pay, a robust benefit package, generous paid time off and free parking!
