About the role Sectra is seeking a Technical Engineer to support and operate our SaaS solutions hosted in Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT or systems background who is early in their cloud journey and wants to grow in a production, regulated healthcare environment. What you'll do</p> <p>Support day-to-day operations of Sectra's Azure-hosted SaaS environments</p> <p>Perform system administration across Windows (and some Linux) servers</p> <p>Assist with system monitoring, alerting, and basic troubleshooting</p> <p>Execute OS and application updates following established processes</p> <p>Support backup, restore, and resiliency activities</p> <p>Assist with identity and access management tasks</p> <p>Participate in incident resolution and escalation as part of a team</p> <p>Contribute to automation and scripting efforts (PowerShell preferred)</p> <p>Work closely with senior engineers, security, and project teamsOther duties as assignedTravel as required (up to 25%)</p>
