<p>The Adjunct Pharmacy Technician Faculty will perform instructional responsibilities as required. Adjunct Pharmacy Technician Faculty must demonstrate teaching skills by selecting and implementing instructional strategies for teaching, and assessing student achievement of the learning objectives of the program. </p> <ul> <li>Meet with courses and laboratories at scheduled times. </li><li>Instruct, advise, consult with and evaluate the performance of enrolled students. </li><li>Develop and maintain course outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, course reference/bibliography, assignments, tests, and other course materials. </li><li>Maintain student records, attendance, grades, and/or other documentation as required. </li><li>Demonstrated expertise with at least three years of experience, and current knowledge in the areas in which they are instructing. </li><li>Adhere to state regulations for licensure or registration to practice as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician. </li><li>Faculty/instructors that are pharmacy technicians maintain national certification. </li><li>Teaching experience in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Mathematics, Pharmacy Operations, etc.  </li><li>Successfully pass a criminal background check. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:    Associate's degree and community college teaching experience. </p> <p> </p> <p>STATUS/SALARY: This is an Adjunct Faculty position.  Salary is determined by the Adjunct Faculty Union Contract.  </p>
